How this actually works.

Most web studios show you a portfolio and send a quote. This page documents the whole thing instead — what the free audit measures, how a live demo gets your name in it before you pay, what everything costs, and what you own at the end.

This is not a template shop

Ripple Foundry is a pipeline, not a gallery. The templates are the visible part; the useful part is everything wrapped around them.

A template shop sells you a file. You still have to write the copy, find the photos, wire the forms, configure hosting, and work out why Google ignores you. Six weekends later you have a site that looks like everyone else's.

What sits here instead is four connected tools: a rule-based auditor that measures what your current site is costing you, 198 industries × 2 product lines = 396 live demos you can open and click through, a proposal engine that prices the work in your own currency, and a presentation mode for the call. Every one of them is a real, working page — not a screenshot, not a mockup.

The second product line is the part most people miss. Alongside every marketing website there is a matching business software dashboard — a restaurant POS, a hospital ERP, a school management system, a fleet tracker. Same industry, both halves of the business.

The four stages

Nothing here requires a sales call to begin. Each stage produces something you can look at, and you can stop after any of them.

  1. Audit — free, instant, no signup Paste any website address. Thirty-one checks run against the live public page and return a score out of 100 across five categories, with the specific failures ranked by what they cost you. Takes about ten seconds.
  2. Live preview — your business, before you pay Pick the industry closest to yours and open a real, working website with your name, city and phone number already inside it. Share the link with a partner before spending anything.
  3. Proposal — priced, in your currency Scope, timeline, itemised cost and payment terms on one page, in USD, INR, GBP, EUR or AED. Printable to PDF. The link itself is the quote, so nothing can quietly change later.
  4. Build — live in four days Approve, and the site is live in four days with hosting configured in your own account, SEO and schema handled, and the domain submitted to Google.

The free audit, in detail

Thirty-one deterministic rules. No AI, no third-party service, no guessing — the same site audited twice gives the same score.

That matters more than it sounds. An AI-generated "audit" produces different results on different days and cannot tell you why. This one fetches your public page, reads the markup, and applies fixed rules. Every failure comes with the reason it costs you enquiries and what fixing it involves.

The five categories

How the score is built

Each check carries a weight based on how directly it costs money. A missing tap-to-call button on a mobile page is weighted far higher than a missing favicon, because one loses phone calls and the other loses nothing measurable. Category scores are weighted averages; the headline score is the weighted total, mapped to a letter grade.

Failures are then sorted by weight, so the top of the report is genuinely the thing to fix first — not the easiest thing to fix, and not the thing that would sell you the most work.

Worth knowing

If the audit says your site did not respond, that is real information — a site that times out for our server is timing out for some of your customers too. The report tells you the exact reason rather than failing silently.

If someone from Ripple Foundry sends you a report rather than you running it yourself, it opens as a read-only page: your score, your failing checks and what fixing each one involves. Shared reports are never indexed by search engines.

Live preview with your business in it

Every one of the 396 demos can be opened with your details already inside it. Nothing is stored on a server — the link itself carries them.

Open a template and your business name replaces the studio name in the tab title, the header, the hero copy and the footer. Your city replaces the location. Your phone number replaces every call button. If you have a current website, the domain replaces the placeholder email.

Because the details travel in the link rather than a database, you can paste it into a WhatsApp message and it simply works for whoever opens it — no account, no login, nothing recorded. Personalised links are also marked noindex, so they never appear in search results.

The same link works for the software side. One click flips between your marketing website and your admin dashboard, both carrying the same details.

The software line

A website is where customers find you. Software is what you run the business on — and for most local businesses that is currently eleven spreadsheets, a WhatsApp group, and one person who remembers everything.

There are 198 working dashboards, one per industry: restaurant POS with QR ordering, hospital ERP with OPD and IPD, school ERP with fees and attendance, salon booking with a stylist rota, fleet dispatch, lab reports and sample tracking, applicant tracking, donor CRM. Each is a clickable, running interface — you will know inside a minute whether it fits how you actually work.

Builds run three to six weeks, piloted with one team before anyone else touches it, and land in your cloud account with your database. No per-seat licence for the rest of time.

Pricing

Paid once. No retainers, no per-seat fees, no hosting rent.

Hosting setup, mobile design, speed work, SEO and a working contact flow are included in every plan — they are not upsells.

On discounts

Launch pricing is real but limited — a fixed number of builds each month, not a banner that resets every time you reload. When the slots are gone the price is the price. The proposal you receive states the discount as a line item, so you can see exactly what it is.

What you own

All of it. The domain, the files, the content, the code and the database. Hosting is configured in an account you control, which means there is no monthly fee to keep anything online and no version of this where the site goes dark because a relationship ended.

  • No licence. The build is yours outright, not rented.
  • No lock-in. Move it to any host, hand it to any developer.
  • No hostage hosting. Your host account, your card, your control.
  • Existing rankings preserved. On a rebuild, current URLs are kept and anything that changes is redirected.

Timeline and revisions

  • Within 48 hours — a designed homepage with your real content, before any payment. Yours to keep either way.
  • Four days — from approval to live, for websites.
  • Three to six weeks — for business software, piloted with one team first.
  • Unlimited revisions inside the sprint. Change anything during the active 4-day window. Rounds are not counted and opinions are not invoiced.
  • After launch, forever — same-day text and photo updates. New prices, new hours, a new service. No charge.

"Unlimited" is bounded by the sprint window on purpose, and it is written that way here rather than discovered later. Outside the window, structural changes are quoted; text and photo updates stay free.

For agencies and freelancers

Whitelabel mode lets you present the entire platform as your own studio.

Add your agency name to a demo link and Ripple Foundry branding disappears — the back bar, the ribbon, the credit line and every mention in the page text. What your client sees is "Demo version curated exclusively for your business by [Your Studio]".

You get links, not assets. No source code, no layouts, no images, no backend access changes hands — which is the point: there is nothing for a client to trace back, and nothing for a competitor to copy.

Ripple Lead Finder

The companion desktop app for agencies who want the pipeline automated. It finds local businesses, runs each one through the audit engine, ranks them by opportunity and urgency, and generates the personalised demo links, screenshots, before/after images and short walkthrough videos for outreach.

It talks to Foundry through five documented interfaces — the industry catalogue, personalised link tokens, the audit API, proposal deep links, and a capture mode that tells screenshot tooling exactly when a page has finished rendering. It runs on your own machine; leads and client data stay there.

Data and privacy

  • The audit stores nothing. The report is generated live from the public page and disappears when you close the tab.
  • Personalised links store nothing. Details travel inside the link, not in a database.
  • Preview links are never indexed. They carry noindex, so a client's name cannot surface in search.
  • No AI service sees your site. The audit is local PHP rules. Nothing is sent to a model.
  • No tracking pixels or ad networks on the demos.

Questions people actually ask

Is the audit really free, with no catch?

Yes. No signup, no card, no email. You can run it on a competitor's site if you like. We would rather you see the gap yourself than take our word for it.

Do you use AI to build the sites?

The audit uses none at all — it is fixed rules. For the build, copy is written and reviewed by a person, and you approve every word before launch.

My industry is not in the list of 198.

Pick the closest one. The template is a starting point, not a constraint — the build is tailored to your services either way.

Can you redesign my existing site?

Yes. Existing URLs are kept so rankings survive, and anything that has to change is redirected.

Why are there no testimonials?

Because inventing them would be the fastest way to lose your trust. Founding clients are being taken now; reviews go up when they are real.

What happens if I stop the care plan?

Nothing breaks. The site is yours and stays online in your own hosting account. The care plan buys ongoing updates and monitoring, not permission to exist.
